Ordering & Quotes

We support both prototyping and mass production. For prototypes, the MOQ is just 1 piece. For production runs, we offer tiered pricing to help reduce costs as volume increases.
Absolutely. We understand the importance of IP protection. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing your designs to ensure your data remains secure.

Technical Capabilities
We work with a wide range of metals (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Titanium) and plastics (ABS, PC, Nylon, PEEK). If you have a specific material requirement, let us know.
Our core capabilities include CNC Machining (3, 4, and 5-axis), Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and 3D Printing. We can also assist with assembly.
Yes, we offer various finishing options including Anodizing, Sandblasting, Powder Coating, Polishing, and Plating to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Our standard machining tolerance is +/- 0.005 inches (+/- 0.127mm). For high-precision parts, we can hold tolerances as tight as +/- 0.0002 inches (+/- 0.005mm).
For quoting and manufacturing, we prefer 3D files in STEP (.stp) or IGES (.igs) format. 2D drawings in PDF or DWG format are helpful for specifying tolerances and thread details.
Yes, every order ships with a standard Quality Inspection Report. For critical dimensions, we can provide CMM reports or First Article Inspection (FAI) upon request.
Shipping & Payment
For most orders, we require a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer (T/T).
Production time depends on complexity (typically 5-10 days). Shipping usually takes 3-7 days via DHL/FedEx/UPS. We also offer sea freight for large mass-production orders.
Quality is our priority. If any parts do not meet the agreed specifications due to our error, we will remake them or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
